Acrylic acid oligomer, activated monomer, photosensitizer, auxiliary

1Clear Material:

Clear the surface by solvent naphtha, without dust, grease, base coat dont drop oil & silver. 

2Sturing

open the coping of painting can,stirring with mixer by 400 turns/min until it evenly

3Oil Ratio:

A share of UV oil, 1 to 1 share of UV diluents,

4filtration

Before paint,filtrate by 400 500 line gauze after dilute, then start to paint.

5) Paint

Paint pressure be about 0.2-0.4MPa and

6Drying Time:

Roast 3 to 5 minutes in 60 oven after spray, dry 5 to 10 seconds by UV machine, lamp energy between 80W/cm to 120W/cm.

7 Quantity Control

Operation Process:

Clear material start to paint - 60 roast 3 to 5 minutes put into UV machine at energy of 80W/ cm to 120W/ cm to solidity.

Paint:

By handwork or machine under normal paint method, paint 3 4 guns, paint film thickness between 10 ~ 20um.

Drying Time:

Roast 3 to 5 minutes in 60 oven after spray, dry 5 to 10 seconds by UV machine, lamp energy between 80W/cm to 120W/cm.
