WQF series complete stainless steel submersible sewage pump is a new product adapted by international advanced technology. It especially designs for domestic industry and mining, construction, civil engineering, sewage treatment and other areas.

The over current component of the pump are precisely casted by stainless steel. It is anti-pollution and corruption-proof, which widen the applicable area of drains.

The pump is efficient, energy-saving, rational in structure, blockage-free and volutionproof. It is small, light, safe in operation and long life.

It is easy to install. There are two types of installing way: fix automatic coupling installation and removable installation.

The mechanical seal is adapted by two-face sealing material. It is made from hard alloy like WC and others and work in the oil chamber for a long time, which enable the pump to safely and continuously work for more than 10,000 hours.

Max. weight proportion of medium solid:  60%.

PH value of the medium:  2-12.

Max. start time per hour: 20.

For pump without self-circulation cooling system, the motor out of the water should not exceed 1/2.

Motor Protection class: IP68.

Product configuration:

WQF Series complete stainless steel submersible sewage pump. The motor and pump are coaxial, which are separated by oil cavity isolation room and mechanical seal. The motor is completely sealed. With two sets of mechanical seal and many safety devices attached, the pump will not leak out, which guarantee safe and reliable operation. The design of the pump can make the sewage and dirt to pass through.
